The story
A thousand years of history
Westminster Abbey is filled with extraordinary stories — and the best way to discover them is with a guide who knows how to tell them. For centuries, this extraordinary building has stood at the heart of Britain's royal and national story. Monarchs have been crowned here. Royal weddings have taken place here. Great figures from British history — kings, queens, scientists, poets and statesmen — are buried or commemorated within its walls.
Your Blue Badge Guide brings the people, personalities and events behind the Abbey to life through fascinating anecdotes, fun stories and lesser-known details that you simply won't find in a guidebook.
